Orchard Cosmetic has spread its wings across the Solent to open a new clinic conveniently situated right in the heart of Southsea in Palmerston Road.

Orchard Cosmetic's cosmetic specialist Dr Máire Rhatigan has established a quiet haven above the Rae Palmer hair salon where she provides the injectable line and wrinkle softeners, Botox and Juvederm. Consultations, which  are free of charge, provide the opportunity to discuss how treatments can help. A carefully thought out yearly anti-ageing treatment plan is created. This would typically consist of home skin care which should include a glycolic cleanser and Environ vitamin moisturiser, injectable wrinkle softeners (1-3 treatments per year) and a skin peel (1 session per year). Dr Rhatigan carries out her anti-ageing treatments in a gentle, gradual way to achieve natural and delightful results.

A new range of gentle peels - the Enerpeel

I have to admit that there has been a reluctance on my part to bring deeper but more effective peels into my practice. Why?, well I simply don't like the down-time associated with them. Just as I wouldn't want a treatment to interfere with the day-to-day living of my life, so I know my patients wouldn't want that either. So, I am thrilled to have found a range of peels, the Enerpeel range, which achieves the desired outcome withminimal downtime and maximum results. The power of the peel is released deeper in the skin compared to conventional peels giving very satisfactory results in such skin conditions as oily acne, sun-induced pigmentation and rosacea. I have been very impressed with the results achieved by the pyruvic acid Enerpeel in patients with oily acne prone skin.
