As an Independent Nurse Prescriber, Sam has honed her abilities in aesthetic assessments and treatments. Her skills have been developed under the guidance of the Allergan Aesthetic Institute and she uses these renowned techniques to achieve the excellent results which everyone attending orchardcosmetic expects.
Sam's specialist cosmetic treatments include the Facelift without surgery, a perfect solution for controlling the effects of aging on the face. She provides many other injectable treatments such as Botox for wrinkle relaxing and reduction of underarm sweating, lip filler, jawline, marionette line, nose and chin reshaping, Profhilo and HArmonyCA to address all aspects of facial ageing.
Having qualified in 2007 Sam's nursing career has given her a vast array of experience working in Urgent Treatment Centres and Injury Units in London, on the south coast and the Isle of Wight.

MB, BCh, BAO, DCH, MRCOphth, FRCOphth
Dr Máire Rhatigan qualified in Medicine with an honours degree in surgery from University College Dublin. She is an experienced eye surgeon and spent 19 years working in the NHS laterly as a consultant Ophthalmologist on the Isle of Wight.
Dr Máire has many years experience in oculoplastic surgery following fellowship training in the UK and in Melbourne, Australia. She has extensive experience in cosmetic treatments and is also the clinic's specialist in removal of moles.
She has worked full-time in aesthetics since 2005. She attends international conferences each year to build on her knowledge and to ensure that her patients receive the very best treatment using the highest quality products.

Miranda is the clinic's Laser hair removal specialist and also leads in the Radiofrequency, Lumecca IPL and Collagen boosting treatments. She is the go to for information on our medical grade skin care products which complement all the other treatments provided at our clinic on the Isle of Wight.
Miranda has twenty-six years experience in the Health, Beauty and Make up industry, She has an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, a Diploma in Holistic Therapies, Theatrical and Every Occasion Make up, a Teaching Certificate, and various other certificates achieved throughout the years in the interests of “continued professional development“ which is essential in this era of fast paced technological advancement.
She has worked on many high profile clients, photo shoots, weddings etc… and designed courses to pass on her knowledge.
She passionately passes on her extensive knowledge on skin care and is a firm believer that because you wear your face every day....it is wise to invest in your skin.
