Hair Removal with Diolaze Laser

A unique, safe and non-invasive solution to long-term removal of unwanted facial and body hair

Suitable for both men and women, for unwanted facial, body and leg hair, treatment with laser – works by destroying the hair root to stop re-growth. The laser is absorbed by melanin, the pigment in hair and this creates heat which in turn destroys the cells responsible for hair growth.

Safe and non-invasive, laser treatment represents the only alternative to electrolysis for long-term removal of hair. As the technique is non-invasive there is less trauma caused to the skin than with most other hair removal methods. Techniques such as shaving, waxing and depilatory creams provide only a short-term solution and require regular repeat use.

Darker hair is more easily treated than fair as it contains more melanin. Orchard Cosmetic is equipped with advanced Diode laser technology that enables different settings to be applied to different hair and skin types. This means that at clinic you can be confident that your treatment will be tailored specifically to your requirements and will be exactly right for you.

Treatments can take from 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on which area is being treated, the laser specialist will be happy to give a full assessment during the pre-treatment consultation. Hairs fall out 1 – 3 weeks after each treatment, as the epidermis renews and treatments are conducted every 2 – 8 weeks. Typically 6 or more treatments may be required for maximum results.
